Cobmoosa Shores - Committees
Building Committee
- Purpose: Anyone wishing to build or remodel within Cobmoosa Shores must submit their plans to this committee. The committee will review the plans and ensure that the plans fall within the guidelines specified with the covenants and by-laws.

Communications Committee
- Purpose: The communications committee works with the Cobmoosa Shores webmaster to ensure that the website is current and up-to-date. It also produces periodic announcements and news items that are mailed or emailed to the membership as well as posted on the bulletin board at the south entrance.

History Committee
- Purpose: The task of the History Committee is to compile a written history of the Association. Members' experiences with family and the history of the property are of particular interest. The committee will also review all stored CSA information, archiving electronically or by paper all information that is necessary to keep.

- CSA Member: Jill Dedic
Park, Beach, and Entrance Committee
- Purpose: The Parks, Beach, and Entrance committee monitors beach conditions, oversees the fire pits, organizes periodic beach clean ups. It is also responsible for the maintenance and cleanup of the entrance area, and the park at the corner of Erie and Ottawa across from the North Access to the beach.

Roads Committee
- Purpose: The Roads committee is responsible for the care and maintenance of all roads within Cobmoosa Shores.

Social Committee
- Purpose: The Social Committee is responsible for planning social activities within CSA such as the Memorial Day and Labor Day coffees, the 4th of July Parade, etc.

Tree Committee
- Purpose: The Trees committee is tasked with the responsibility to gather and disseminate information regarding the various tree diseases (such as oak wilt and hemlock wooly adelgid) in the area, to work with local agencies (such as the Oceana Conservation District) to assess their effect on the trees within Cobmoosa Shores, and to propose solutions to combat these diseases.
