November Board Meeting Date Changed

The Cobmoosa Shores Association Board of Trustees has changed its November meeting date to Saturday, November 17th. The meeting will be held as usual at the Stony Lake Inn at 10:00 AM. All board meetings are open to the membership.

As a reminder the board does not meet in December, January, February, or March. Board meetings will resume in April 2019. The 2019 meeting dates are:
  • April 13
  • May 11
  • June 8
  • July 13 (CSA Annual Meeting)
  • August 10
  • September 14
  • October 12
  • November 9

Personal Items Must Be Removed from the Beach

Just a reminder that as stated in Section 9 of the Protective Covenants:

One, Section 9A defines the beach as “a private park owned by the membership of CSA, stretching from the northernmost and southernmost lot boundaries and extending to the lakeshore from the westernmost platted property lines to the mean high-water mark of Lake Michigan.” This private park includes both the flat, sandy beach areas and the grassy dune areas.

Two, Section 9F states that "Any personal property left on the beach at any time is done at the owner’s risk. Any personal property must be removed from the beach by October 31.”

Please note the last sentence of 9F. Any personal property remaining in the beach area on November 1 will be removed by the Board of Trustees.
