The Annual Meeting of the Cobmoosa Shores Association, scheduled for 10 AM on Saturday, July 11th, will be a remote electronic meeting. The July organizational board meeting will follow immediately after adjournment of the annual meeting. It, too, will be a remote electronic meeting. The exact details describing how you may join both the Annual Meeting and the July board meeting will be delivered separately—postal mail, email, and posted on the website—in a few days.
For this Annual Meeting all voting must be done by postal mail. Your completed and signed proxy ballot must be mailed to the official CSA address and received by Friday, July 10:
